Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an Electrical/Mechanical Assembler to join a reputable client in Oceanside, California. This position is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to a dynamic team in the final stages of boiler manufacturing. The role focuses on assisting with the installation and wiring of boiler-mounted controls, safety devices, and electrical conduit. The ideal candidate will enjoy hands-on work, possess a strong work ethic, and take pride in producing detailed work. While electrical experience is a plus, the position does not require a licensed electrician, and training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in final assembly operations once boilers are mechanically complete.
  • Perform wiring and connection of boiler-mounted safety and operating controls, including low water cutoffs, work relays, control circuits, pressure controls, and limit devices.
  • Install and route electrical conduit and wiring neatly into control panels and junction boxes.
  • Support mounting and dressing of burners and related components.
  • Assist with general boiler finishing tasks, including installing trim and accessories, supporting piping, and small pipe fitting work.
  • Ensure assemblies meet quality standards.
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety procedures.
  • Provide general labor support to production as needed based on workload and priorities.

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Basic electrical or mechanical background.
  • Experience working with conduit, wiring, or industrial equipment.
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams or schematics.
  • Familiarity with boiler systems, burners, or control components.
  • Light pipe fitting or mechanical assembly experience.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work on the manufacturing floor throughout the day.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
  • Comfortable working around industrial equipment and in shop environments.
